Ackruti City is developing India's first robot-assisted multi-level car parks at two new upcoming projects Ackruti Star and Ackruti Solari, private commercial building projects in Andheri East, Mumbai. The parks will collectively accommodate over 1,100 vehicles designed with fully automatic, multi-level underground parking system covering an area of over 1.5 lakh sq feet. The new system will allow parking or retrieval very quick and would take less than a minute, compared to the existing around five minutes. Car owners will be given security swipe cards which would ensure absolutely safety from thefts or damages.

While Ackruti Star will have a capacity of over 350 vehicles and to be completed by mid-September, the second complex Ackruti Solaris with a capacity of over 750 vehicles, will be completed in phases starting March 2011 and ending March 2012.
