About 14 state-owned oil companies will submit a report to the Centre following concerns raised about their performance. The public sector oil companies like Indian Oil, Bharat Petroleum and Hindustan Petroleum are forced to sell petrol, kerosene and diesel below cost price resulting in revenue losses.
