Rail Vikas Nigam will start construction work on the railway line linking Dalli-Rajhara mines to Rowghat in Chhattisgarh. The contract has been given out to construction firms to lay railway track over 46-km stretch out of the total 95-km between Dalli-Rajhara and Rowghat.
