The Raipur Development Authority (RDA) will build 1,344 flats for the middle income group (MIG) customers on the outskirts of Raipur. A place near Boriyakhurd at the outskirts of the state capital had been identified for the project. The flats will be built on 627 sq ft area. RDA completed a project of 3,888 flats build for the poor people. RDA also approved a proposal to computerise the property details of the RDA.
