Brigade Group, a real estate group based in Bengaluru, is planning to sell its 165-bed hospital property for nearly Rs 120 crore to a group of high networth individuals. The hospital land has been leased to Columbia Asia for 30 years, which has the first right of refusal (RoR) for this land.
