Himachal government invites bids for three projects at Baddi

The Himachal Pradesh government invited bids for three of its projects under the Industrial Infrastructure Upgradation Scheme (IIUS), Baddi. The three projects for common effluent treatment plant (CETP), widening/strengthening of road network and a skill development center, were sanctioned last year and would be developed for the first time under the IIUS in the state. The government has already installed a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to start the implementation process.

Detailing the cost involved in the projects, an official in the know revealed that all the three projects namely - the CETP, 13 km of new industrial roads and the skill development center would cost Rs 54 crore, Rs 17.24 crore and Rs 8.1 crore, respectively.
