GMMCO and Tractors India Pvt Ltd (TIPL) launched Cat 360° ADVANTAGE special purchase bundle with the Cat 320D2 at Excon 2015.
The Cat 360° ADVANTAGE is a point-of-sale programme designed to give customers the ability to match purchase offers to specific customer needs such as increased productivity, reduced cost and lower risk.

Based on research with equipment customers from around the world, Caterpillar was able to identify the most preferred types of services, which include: Equipment Management Services, Preventive Maintenance Parts and Services, Extended Warranties, and Financial Offers. Based on this direction from its customers, Caterpillar worked with a global team to define a wide range of services dealers could select from to create offers that were best-suited to the customers in each region. Specific offers that align with dealer services would also be a part of the Cat 360° ADVANTAGE.

What does it mean?
The name 360° ADVANTAGE was built from what customers have told Caterpillar. The customers are looking for new ways to add value to their business. They want partners who can help them look at every angle - a 360o point of view - so that every improvement will come full circle to the bottom line. That´s what 360° stands for. The ADVANTAGE is a reminder that its services help customers improve their business in terms of productivity and profit.

Cat 360° ADVANTAGE at Excon 2015
At Excon 2015, GMMCO and TIPL officially introduced the Cat 360° ADVANTAGE on the purchase of any Cat 320D2 ordered between November 15, 2015 to December 5, 2015.

Equipment owners and operators invest considerable time to select the correct machine for their fleet and application, and now is the best time to buy. In addition to the benefits gained from the features of the 320D2 excavator, customers gained additional value from these Cat 360° ADVANTAGE offers included with the purchase.

The equipment management solutions offer includes:
Fleet Reports: Monthly fleet reports are sent to customers from the EMSolutions champion at their dealer. Cat Product Link™ technology, part of Cat Connect Technology, hardware is provided free. A VisionLink® user account to view the data is provided with a free subscription for three years.

Customer Support Agreement (CSA) Options: Under the different options of CSA, Cat dealers will provide Preventive Maintenance Kits (dealers can make CSA offerings depending on customer requirements) to suit the tailored needs of the customer. In addition, certain number of visits from maintenance technicians will be provided with no charge for labour.

Also included in the Cat 360° ADVANTAGE bundle from GMMCO and TIPL during Excon only:
Free Parts Kit: Parts kit worth Rs 1 lakh will be provided and can be redeemed for any additional parts (over and above) the CSA parts.

A Powertrain + Hydraulics Equipment Protection Plan: This extended coverage is designed specifically for new Cat equipment and gives customers the highest level of repair cost protection available for two years/6,000 hours, whichever is earlier.

Special Cat Finance Offers: Exclusively at Excon 2015, customers took advantage of attractive offers on interest rates, higher funding and extended payment periods - provided from Cat Financial and Cat dealers.

Additional benefits after purchase: The 320D2 will be transported to the customer site free of charge. Plus, one year of insurance will be provided at no cost to the customer. This exclusive Cat 360° ADVANTAGE bundle will enable owners and operators to realise added value, reduced risk and lower operating costs - which result in higher profitability.
