This year, the 9th edition of the awards was held on21st October at hotel Taj Lands End in Bandra, Mumbai. Chief Guest Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Member of the Parliament & Former Minister of State for External Affairs presented trophies to the winners. Dr. Indu Shahani, Sheriff of Mumbai was the Guest of Honour and Justice Santosh Hegde, former Lokayukta of Karnataka delivered the Keynote address.

The event in the past had Shri Kamal Nath, Shri K Sankaranarayanan, Shri SM Krishna, Shri T Subbarami Reddy as chief guests.
